We are the consultancy and training company focusing on Socio Economic(Economy, Statistic, Human Development, Law, Entrepreneurship, etc), Built Environment(Architecture, Town Planning, Landscaping, Project Management, Engineering, Environment etc) and ICT (GIS, Decision Support, System Development, etc)
In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and self –motivated individual to fit in into our organization for the following position:
MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Coordinator for marketing & sales sector
Liaising and networking with potential clients
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
Promote the Company’s services and expertise
Plan, organize, advertise, execute and implement the strategies to achieve the schedule for consultancy project
Responsible to report to the General Manager and top management company
Responsible in achieving yearly target set by the Board of Directors
Requirement:
- Candidate should be at least possess Degree or Master in professional qualification (Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Administration etc) from a recognized university
- Minimum 5-10 years working experience in advertising and promotions position especially in marketing and sales division
- Knowledge in government and private procedure for consultancy services
- Must have a strong relation with the government and private sector
- Vibrant, creative, self motivated, high energy and a ‘can do attitude’
- Attractive commission will be given
- Strong initiative, multi tasking and able to work independently
- Possess own transport
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
PROJECT EXECUTIVE (PROGRAMMING or SYSTEM ANALYST)
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years working experience especially in programming and web development.
- Has the relevant experience in preparing technical and financial proposal and preparing report analysis.
- Knowledge in related softwares such as PHP, Java script and GIS related are advantage
- Knowledge in government and private procedure for consultancy services
